Xiaomi announces Redmi 3S Prime & Redmi 3S sale date with price today

NEW DELHI: Recently, Xiaomi launched its Xiaomi Redmi 3S Prime and Xiaomi Redmi 3S smartphone with price at Rs 6,999 and Rs 8999. The flash sale is starting at 12 PM on 28th December. The smartphone will be available exclusively on Flipkart store via the flash sale. Xiaomi has said both the smartphones Xiaomi Redmi 3S and 3S prime are made in India and are part of their plan to be strong member of Made in India initiative. The Xiaomi Redmi 3s and 3s Prime models are actually cheaper than the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3. It was alleged for some days that Xiaomi is going to launch the Redmi 3S in the Indian market but the Redmi 3S prime was a real surprise for even the sneakiest leaksters. Although, Xiaomi said that the open sales are as quick as the flash sales with the products sold off in few seconds to minute time. So, customers will have to log into Flipkart and participate in the quickest finger time to purchase the products. Colors: All the three colour variants – gold, silver and grey - of both the devices will be available on Flipkart for the sales. Specification: As for the specifications of the devices, the Redmi 3S is a 2GB/16GB variant priced at Rs 6,999 while the Redmi 3S Prime is a 3GB/32GB variant priced at Rs 8,999. Both the devices come with a 5-inch HD display and a metal body, 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor. They also come with a hydrid card slot where one of the slots can be used to expand the memory up to 128GB. The smartphones pack 13MP rear camera with PDAF, 5MP front camera and houses 4100mAh battery. The Xiaomi Redmi 3S Prime supports 4G LTE connectivity for a faster browsing and downloading. It helps in lag-free video calls. The Mi phone is compatible with OTG too so that you can access your pen drive data anywhere and anytime.
