Updated as on Nov 5, 2019: JEE Main 2020 exam’s all the important dates have been confirmed by the National Testing Agency (NTA), though the registration process of the first session (January) has been closed by the authorized committee. Although, JEE Main April (Second) Exam 2020 is going to be held from April 3 to April 9, 2020. The application process for the April 2020 JEE Main exam to begin on February 7 which will end on March 7, 2019.
The admit cards for JEE Main April 2020 will be published on March 16, 2020. The JEE Main April 2020 result is likely to announce by NTA on April 30, 2020.
JEE Main Application Window reopens for J & K Students
JEE Main Application process 2020: National Testing Agency (NTA) has reopened the online application window only for belonging to Jammu and Kashmir students on November 4, Monday which the last date of application submission is November 8, 2019.
Now, applicants belonging to J&K state can register their application by making payment through the provided option until November 8, 2019. As we have got intimation earlier by NTA that JEE Main January 2020 will be conducted through the computer-based exam by NTA from January 6 to January 11, 2020. For the JEE Main first exam, candidates can download the admit card from December 6, 2019.
The JEE Main question paper will be available in English, Hindi, or Gujarati languages.

National Testing Agency opens the correction window on October 14, 2019, for correction in the application form for those students who are going to appear in the first phase examination of JEE (Main) which will be held from January 6 to January 11, 2020 and want to change/correct the errors made by the individual candidate in the application form. However, the correction window will be remaining open from October 14, 2019, to October 20, 2019. Hence, registered students are suggested to correct as soon as possible in the application through JEE (Main)’s an official website - jeemain.nic.in, if you're among them who had filled up wrong details during registration and want to make your application error-free then you are allowed till the last date as stipulated by the NTA. Except for the choice of cities students can correct in the application form such as name, mother's name, father's name, etc. According to NTA, the correction facility is only for one time which has been facilitated to students with the purpose to avoid any difficulties while participating in the exam. So, students are advised to correct carefully in the application as further any chance will not be given.

The candidates who have been cleared 12th class examination OR another equivalent qualifying exam in 2018, 2019 and anyone who is participating own 12th class examination OR any other equivalent qualifying exam 2020 is eligible to take part in JEE Main 2020 January 2020 and April 2020.
Remember, the candidates who're interested to apply for appearing the exam must have secured at least 75% in 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The application form can be submitted before the last date. However, as NTA (National Testing Agency) entrance exam to be held tentatively from 6/1/2020.
Note: There are approx. 10% marks relaxations for SC/ST candidates; if they have 65% in the 12th class examination will be eligible to apply JEE Main Form.
