About Us

Indian Institute of Technology Madras (Chennai) is a public engineering institution established in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Foundation year of the IITM is 1959. It is one of the most famous institutions in the country. IIT Madras offers undergraduate to the postgraduate-level course in engineering and management. IITM has around 16 academic departments and a few of them are ultra-tech research centres in the respective disciplines/branches of engineering and pure sciences, with nearly 100 laboratories. The campus of the Institute covers 617.763 acres.

IIT Madras has designed specific exam for this course known as HSEE. So, the candidate wants to obtain admission to the five-year integrated Master of Arts (MA) programme must qualify HSEE.

For Master level programmes (MTech and MS)

Admission into M.Tech and MS will be done based on GATE.

For MBA Admission

IIT Madras offers MBA Admission to the candidates who qualify all the process of CAT Exam.
