JEE Main April exam 2019: Second exam dates announced; Admit Card on May 20

NEW DELHI: National Testing Agency which has been empowered by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) to conducting Joint Entrance Examination, declared the date of JEE (Main ) 2019 second exam. The exam will be conducted for paper 1 (B.Tech exam) on 8, 9, 10 and 12 April 2019 while NTA has scheduled date of exam for paper 2 (B.Arch exam) on April 7. Admit cards for the exam will be released on March 20, 2019. National Testing Agency has scheduled the exam date with purpose the dates of the general election. Online application correction window has been closed on March 14. After concluding the exam, the agency will declare the result for the paper 1 exam on April 30 and result for paper 2 exam (B.Arch) will be declared on May 15. The best scores obtained in January (First) exam and April exam (Second) of the JEE Main will be considered for admission to Undergraduate Engineering courses. Admission criteria: Admission criteria to Undergraduate Engineering courses at NITs, IIITs, other Centrally Funded Technical Institutions, Institutions funded by participating State Governments, and other Institutions shall include the performance in the class 12/equivalent qualifying Examination and in the Joint Entrance Examination, JEE (Main).
