Former IPS Kiran Bedi's husband Brij Bedi passes away in Gurgaon today

New Delhi :-Brij Bedi husband of former IPS officer Kiran Bedi passed away at Medanta in Gurgaon today. Brij had been struggling from diseases from a few months and was admitted in hospital from last few days for treatment.
Brij Bedi, a social activist created awareness against drug addiction among children in Amritsar and other parts of India. Former IPS Kiran was married to Brij on March 9, 1972 and gave birth a daughter named Saina. After his death, Bedi posted a series of tweets paying tributes to her husband. Once a part of Anna Hazare ' s team, Bedi was the chief ministerial candidate face of the BJP in the 2015 Delhi assembly elections.
