CBSE paper leak: Re-exam to be conduct in favour of students soon, says Anita Karwal

NEW DELHI: After leaks the class 10th mathematics paper and class 12th economics paper, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Chief Anita Karwal on Thursday, March 29 has taken a decision to conduct re-examination in favour of the students.
“We have taken the decision in favour of the students. We are working for their good. Dates for re-examination will be announced soon,” CBSE Chief Karwal said.
Although, the CBSE had informed in a circular on Wednesday that the re-test for the two subjects like mathematics for class 10th and economics paper for class 12th would be taken soon which was allegedly leaked on WhatsApp.
Union HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar said, “We will not let any culprit go risk-free. The police is continuing on the duty and I have full faith that they will nab the guilty as they have done in case of the SSC exam leak case.”
The HRD minister said that the dates for re-examination of Class 10th mathematics and Class 12th economics papers will be declared till Monday or Tuesday.
