IAS Ashok Singhvi with two others suspended in bribery case

Rajasthan government suspended senior IAS officer Ashok Singhvi on Thursday night including two other officers of the Mines Department .Ashok Singhvi and two others officers were arrested after suspend and taken to police custody in a case of bribery case at Rs 2.55 crore.
The suspension orders were issued by the Department of Personnel of the state government.
The state government order that Singhvi was suspended as "prima facie" he was found allegedly involved in a case of corruption by Anti-Corruption Bureau.
Additional Director, Mines (HQ), Udaipur Pankaj Gehlot and Senior Mining Engineer of Bhilwara P R Ameta were also suspended on the same ground. Meanwhile, Principal Secretary, Cooperative Department Deepak Upreti was handover the additional charge of the Mines Department.
