Congress President Sonia Gandhi on Saturday,17 October 2015 will addresses to people in two rallies before the third phase of assembly election 2015 in Bihar. The Congress President will also address one rally each in Buxar and Manjhi in the afternoon. The polling for the third phase of elections will be held October 28. The third phase assembly election will be held in Saran,Vaishali, Nalanda, Patna, Bhojpur, Buxar for 50 seats. 57 percent voting was recorded in the first phase and 55 percent was recorded in the second phase of the Assembly Elections 2015 in Bihar.
