About Us

International Management Institute, New Delhi, properly also known as IMI, New Delhi is a private business school that was founded in the year 1981at Qutab Institutional Area, New Delhi in collaboration with IMI Geneva.  it was India's first corporate sponsored business school. The institute is affiliated with National Board of Accreditation, Association of MBAs, All India Council for Technical Education ( AICTE).

All IMI, New Delhi’s long-term programmes are approved by AICTE, Ministry of HRD, Government of India. IMI, New Delhi is internationally accredited by Association of MBAs (AMBA), UK and most of its PGDM programmes are nationally accredited by National Board of Accreditation (NBA). its campus is extensive with an area of 3 acres.

According to the National Institutional Ranking Framework for Business Schools, announced by the Ministry of HRD - Government of India in April 2016, IMI, New Delhi has been ranked at No.7 amongst all B-Schools in India and at No.1 amongst the Private business schools in the country.

Important Notice- IMI Delhi has been announced admission notification for Postgraduate level program, the last date to apply for PGDMs is December 3, 2018 and for others offered course last date is October 31, 2018.

Admission procedure

IMI, New Delhi accepts the admission to candidates for the management programme on the Common Admission Test (CAT) score based. After clearing the CAT, candidates are shortlisted for the final admission process. Shortlisted candidates are called for appearing in WAT, PI, and GD interview. However, IMI Delhi also offers admission to the foreign students' admission will be given based on GMAT scores.
