About Us

Faculty of Management Studies also known as short name FMS, Delhi is one of the oldest and renowned business school which was set up in the year 1954 nearby Prof ND Kapoor Marg, Delhi School of Economics at New Delhi. The FMS was founded under the mentorship of the University of Delhi with intent to deliver high-quality education in the field of business and it has also motto to provide the best placement to students by its placement unit. The FMS has got affiliation with the University of Delhi.

Admission process

The final admissions to the candidates in the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS) are considered only in two stages.

Initially, candidates have mandatory to appear in Common Admission Test (CAT) as the candidates are shortlisted on the basis of their performance for the second stage.

Shortlisted candidates are called for written Ability Test (WAT), Group Discussion (GD) and Personal Interview (IP) in order to final admission.

Courses

Placement Records

The FMS has a placement unit that conducts placement process in two stages in a year. The first is the laterals process where recruiters take the interview to candidates who have work experience at least 18 months. After completion of the interview, they are offered mid-level managerial position by a recruiter. 

In the second stage, the firms are grouped into clusters and the students with no or less work experience participate in the process.
