About Us

Institute of Pharmaceutical Research Mathura also known as Shri Ganeshi Lal Agrawal Institute of Pharmaceutical Research was set up in the year 2006 at Mathura-Delhi Road, Chaumuhan, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh to provide three courses in the field of pharmaceuticals like D Pharm, B Pharm, and M. Pharm.  After its existence, its first batch of pharmacy students has placed more than 80% in a reputed company with smart packages.

In the year 1991 Shri Narayan Das Agrawal decided to fulfill the dream of his father, Late Shri Ganeshi Lal Agrawal and initiated the Trust Samiti under the name of Sri Jagannath Prasad Ganeshi Lal Bajaj Charitable Trust, whose was an ambition to set up a platform in Mathura to provide national and international level education in the different fields.   

The GLA Institute of Pharmaceutical Research is approved by the Pharmacy Council Of India (PCI), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, and Under Grants Commission (UGC) and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with ‘A’ Grade.

Course

The institution has D Pharm, B Pharm, and M Pharm in three subjects i.e. Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmacology, and Pharmaceutics along with a Ph.D. program

Admission procedure

Admission to pharmacy courses is conducted by the online procedure on the basis of the Entrance Test as GLAET all over in India. Candidates are shortlisted according to entrance test scores for further process of admission. And later, they are called to appear in a personal interview and group discussion.

Eventually, after concluding all processes of admission, candidates are considered for final admission.

Registration Fee

Candidates will have to pay Rs.700/- as an application fee which can pay through online mode by Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking.

Eligibility criteria

• Candidates must have to pass class 10+2 for B. Pharm education from Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics / Biology. With minimum of 50% marks.
• Candidates must have to pass class 10+2 for D. Pharm education from Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one the Mathematics / Biology. With a minimum of 50% marks.
