About Us

Nehru Institute of Engineering and Technology Coimbatore is a private self-financing Engineering College, that was established in the year 2006 under the able leadership of our Founder Chairman. The aim of NIET is to inculcate scientific integrity and human values, creativity, and human knowledge generating new insights and expanding the quality of life.

Approved by the All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE), New Delhi, affiliated with Anna University Chennai, Tamilnadu, and accredited by NAAC & NBA. It is a well-known institute. It is situated at Nehru Gardens, Nehru College Road, T.M Palayam, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Nehru Institute of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore is providing many courses in the field of Engineering and Technology Eight at Undergraduate-level and three at Postgraduate-level. NIET has dedicated faculty members, rich in knowledge and it also provides Well-equipped Laboratories, Excellent Infrastructure, Smart Classrooms, and Conference Halls.
