Founded in 2012, M.Dasan Institute of Technology (M-DIT, Kozhikode) is a private self-financed engineering college. It is located at Ulliyeri, Kozhikode, Kerala. 

M-DIT, Kozhikode is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi (AICTE), and is affiliated with Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Kerala.

This college provides B.Tech programs in Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering,  Electrical & Electronics, and Mechanical Engineering, and M.Tech programs in Computer Science Engineering and Environment Engineering.
