About Us

Latha Mathavan Engineering College, Madurai is a private self-sustained institute, established in the year 2007 by Karuppiah Pillai Theivanai Ammal Educational Trust at Alagar Kovil, near Madurai. It has dedicated and experienced faculty.

LMEC is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE), New Delhi, and affiliated with Anna University, Chennai, Tamilnadu. It is situated at Kidaripatti, Tamil Nadu. The focus of this college is on shaping students to become Self-Dependent and Self-Confident.
