About Us

Lala Lajpat Rai University of Veterinary and Animal Sciences is a renowned name is Dairy Science and Technology's education, is one of the best colleges in Hisar for Dairy Science and Technology. The College was established in the year 2014. straight from this college, students are getting highly professional skills to meet the industry needs. In 2016-17, the college has kicked off 4 years undergraduate based B.Tech Course in Dairy Technology, meanwhile, 26 students can take admission in this college.

However, admission to be made on the basis of entrance exam conducted by this university.

1. Master level programmes 
2. Diploma level courses: Two years Diploma in Dairy Technology after 10+2 (PCM) 
3. Certificate courses / specialized courses: The college will offer the certificate courses under vocational programmes meant for entrepreneurs who are interested in establishing small scale milk processing units. Specialized courses for in-service trainees from the various departments, milk producers and milk processing plants officials will be started in the areas viz; Dairy Business Management, Indigenous Milk Products, Value Added / Export Oriented Dairy Products, Dairy Plant Operation, Dairy Laboratory Analysis, and Dairy Plant Maintenance.
