About Us

IIM Raipur acronym stands for Indian Institute of Management Raipur is an autonomous B-school that was formed by the Government of India on 11 October 2010 at Sejbahar, Raipur of the Chhattisgarh state. The IIM Raipur is the tenth institute of management in India which was inaugurated by Chhattishgarh Chief Minister, Raman Singh in the year 2010. However, the institute is much concerned to prepare ethical leaders in the field of business.

The classes of IIM Raipur were temporarily being conducted at the Government Engineering College Raipur. But now, the foundation stone for the new campus was laid in Naya Raipur of the state on 5 May 2013 by the Union Minister of HRD MR. Pallam Raju. The Government of Chhattisgarh had announced at least 200 acres of land for the IIM Raipur campus in Naya Raipur.

As we all of us cognize that Chhattisgarh is one of the fastest-growing states of India with its rich mineral, forest, natural and local resources.

Admission process

Admission to the postgraduate courses for the aspirants in the Indian Institute of Management Raipur is conducted through the Common Admission Test (CAT Exam).

Various national and international brand entrepreneurs visit the IIM Raipur with view to hire the talented candidates as our placement cell invites the recruiters to visit the institute.

Final placement - IIM Raipur’s student was offered highest package as Rs. 61.88 lakh (International) and Rs. 22.05 lakh (domestic) salary.
