About Us

The Indian Institute of Management Lucknow (IIM-L) is the B-school management institute which was founded in the year 1984 at Prabandh Nagar, Off Sitapur Road, Lucknow of Uttar Pradesh state by the India’s first Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. It was founded as fourth IIM that was established in India after establishment of IIM Calcutta, IIM Ahmedabad and IIM Bangalore. Its campus has been covered with area of 185 acres land, which is an ideal collocation to get excellent education for students. However, Noida Campus of the IIM Lucknow is spread over 20 acres located in Sector-62, Noida.

IIM Lucknow exclusively boosts human values and professional morality in the students to help them make a positive impact not only for the nation but also on global platform.

Admission process

The admissions to students for several programmes in the institute are taken by entrance test. Entrance test like CAT, GMAT, XAT, GATE, GRE, CSIR UGC NET/JRF, WMP Entrance Exam are accepted by IIML for the admission.
