Idhaya Engineering College for Women, Chinnasalem was founded in the year 2001 and is located 2 Km From Chinnasalem Bus Stand, Nainarpalayam Road, Chinnasalem, Kallakurichi, Tamil Nadu. It is a private self-financed engineering college.

IECW Chinnasalem college is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) New Delhi and is Affiliated with Anna University, Chennai, and also n ISO 9001:2015 certified Institution. It has 2(F) status of the UGC act 1956.
