Hooghly Engineering and Technology College Chinsurah (HETC) is a private and non-profit making Organization. HETC promoted by Hooghly Engineering & Technology College Society. This college is a registered body under the Societies Registration Act 1956 HETC has been established in Hooghly.

It offers courses like B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.
