The Government Engineering College Jagdalpur, Bastar was firmed in March 1983. The Government Engineering College, Jagdalpur is situated in the district of  Bastar, Chhattisgarh. It has successfully completed its 35 years with the goal of making the students proficient in technical fields.

GEC, Jagdalpur college is affiliated with Chhattisgarh Swami Vivekananda Technical University (CSVTU) and approved by AICTE, New Delhi.
