About Us

Government Engineering College, Hassan was established in the year 2007 that is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University(VTU), Belgaum, and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE), New Delhi.

It has a professional faculty and provides the best laboratory infrastructure. It is spread over 40 acres of land and has a sprawling green lush area that provides a comfortable and free environment for students. it is situated at Katihalli, Hassan, Karnataka.

GEC Hassan is the college that provides four branches of engineering, namely, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science & Engineering, and Electrical & Electronics.
