About Us

Government College of Engineering, Keonjhar was coined in 1995, it is one of the oldest Technical Institute in north Odisha. It is situated at Jamunalia, Po: Old Town, Keonjhar, Odisha. It has a huge green lush campus with talented and experienced faculty.

It is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education(AICTE), New Delhi, and affiliated with Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Bhubaneswar, Odisha. GCE Keonjhar has been considered an institute of national importance and the only Government College in the state of Odisha offering a B.Tech in Mining Engineering and Mineral Engineering.

GCE Keonjhar is providing many courses in the field of Technology and Engineering like B. Tech in Mining Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mineral Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, etc.
