About Us

Bombay College of Pharmacy (BCP) is a renowned and the excellent institution in the field of Pharmaceutical education which was established in the year 1957 located in Sunder Nagar Road, Next to Gurudwara, Kalina, Santacruz Mumbai, Maharashtra by the Indian Pharmaceutical Association Maharashtra and various pharmaceutical corporations wherein the Government of Maharashtra had also supported with finance. Since its inception, BCP is offering a Diploma in Pharmacy. 

Later, the college has added new courses at Under Graduate, Post Graduate and Ph.D. programs like Bachelors, Masters, and Doctoral programs of study in Pharmaceutical Sciences with its comprehensive growth.

BCP was set up with the ambition to educate and train the students in the field of Pharmaceutical Sciences and to contribute to the improvement of the health of the society through education and research programs.  

The Institute has got approval by all India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).

Admission procedure

BCP Pharmacy College accepts admission in UG program on the basis of MHT CET (Maharashtra Health and Technical Common Entrance Test)  which is conducted by DTE Maharashtra.

Eligibility

For Post Graduate programs, aspirants must have a Bachelor's Degree from any recognized university with 60% score and valid GPAT/GATE is eligible for admission.

While Students should be cleared 10+2 (Intermediate) from science stream as English, Physics, Math, and Chemistry/ Biotechnology/Biology/Technical Vocational subject with minimum marks 60% for Under Graduate course.

Placement Records

The placement cell at Bombay College of Pharmacy functions as a bridge that set up the relationship between the students and corporate organizations.

The Cell acts as a contact point for all pharma and non-pharma industries that wish to recruit students from Bombay College of Pharmacy. The Cell collects resumes, telephone numbers and e-mails of the students and forwarding it to the HR department of Pharma/Non-pharma Industries.
