Vodafone VoLTE services to be launch in India in January 2018

NEW DELHI: The Telecom Company, Vodafone India, on Tuesday, announced that it will provide its Voice-Over LTE (VoLTE) services from January 2018. The Company will provide the first of the service in Mumbai, Gujarat, Delhi, Karnataka and Kolkata region. And gradually, it will be extended across the country as soon as. Sunil Sood, who is Managing Director and CEO of Vodafone India said, “Vodafone is future-ready with the coming of exotic and innovative technologies along with digital services.
The introduction of VoLTE will enhance customer experience with HD quality calling and offer our customers newer possibilities. Vodafone LTE is an important step towards introducing futuristic technology enhancing our data strong network.” The company said it would not charge anything for the service and customers. Presently, only the Telecom Company Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel offer this service across in India.
