The supporters of a splinter group Swadheen Bharat Andolan, struggled with the police on Thursday, resulting in huge violence which resulted in the death of 21 people. Some 40 others were injured, out of which 23 policemen are admitted in hospital. The police has captured a huge cache of arms from the protesters, including 45 arms of 315 bore, two 12 bore one factory made 315 bore rifle, one 12 bore rifle, four 315 bore. Police had tried to evict the illegal occupants on the direction of the Allahabad High Court, following which the protesters attacked the police force.
