UP Teacher Recruitment: BEB starts registration process for Teacher recruitment

The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (UPBEB) will start the online registration process for filling up 69,000 Assistant Teacher posts on December 6, Thursday.

Candidates who have aspired and want to fill up the form for the assistant teachers post can apply through the prescribed format by online mode at website- atrexam.upsdc.gov.in.

Candidates can apply till December 20, 2018.

The examination will be conducted in optical mark reader (OMR) mode to bring in transparency and curb subjectivity from the marking system while expediting the examination evaluation process.

Educational qualification:
Candidates must have a Bachelor of Education (B Ed) degree from any of recognized university/institute.
Further, only those candidates will be able to appear in the exam who has qualified the Primary Teacher Eligibility Test (TET- class 1 to 5).

Selection process:
Candidates will be selected after successful completion of the written exam. The exam will consist of objective type multiple choice questions based on OMR Sheet. The exam will be held on January 6, 2019, from 11 am to 2.30 pm at various test centres across the UP state.

UP Assistant Teacher Recruitment 2018: Fee required
The application fee for the applicants has been scheduled at Rs 600/- for General and OBC category candidates while at Rs 400/- has been kept for SC/ST category candidates.
