Nun gang-raped in West Bengal: contestants block Mamata'sfor safety in Nadia

NEW DELHI:West Bengal CMMamata Banerjee was blocked by contestants when she visited the hospital to meet the gangrape survivor in Nadia district of West Bengal. 
Mamata ' s stopped for safety by hundreds of angry contestants. Contestants wanted justice in the case. Mamata Banerjee said in her statements that strongest action will be taken against guilty persons. 

"No matter where the derelicts are, strongest action will be taken against them. We are fully committed to that Mamata told reporters at the state secretariat ' Nabanna ' before leaving for Ranaghat in Nadia district to meet the 71-year-old nun who was allegedly animalize. She also saidWe have sent our team for investigation with all necessary matters and will catch the derelicts soon.

"People World Health Organization commits such crimes don ' t seem to be humans... Our sentiments area unit with the victim, World Health Organization is like our mother. The derelicts area unit a disgrace to the society," she said.  Stating that "high attention" has been given to the "very sensitive" issue, Banerjee said, "We have condemned this incident within the terribly starting."

 In the Meanwhile, extensive searches were today on to trace those behind the alleged gangrape of the senior nun. A complete 10 persons were detained in reference to the incident. Nadia Superintendent of Police ArnabGhosh same intensive searches were being conducted across the district. The 71-year-old nun was allegedly gangraped by dacoits at Gangnapur in the early hours on Saturday. A law enforcement agency probe was ordered into the incident.
