NEW DELHI: The application form filling process for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test 2018 (NEET) has been ended on March 12, Monday while the form correction process for candidates who have applied for NEET UG 2018 exam will be start on March 15.
CBSE has provided an opportunity to candidates for correction the application form who have filled incorrect details which is not mandatory. The correction process has been issued by Central Board of secondary Education. The correction process notification has issued as the candidates could correct the wrong details in the data which may affect their merit or result.
In case of Identification Identity, Date of Birth, and Gender, only such candidates would be allowed to correct their details that have filled their application form using any other id than aadhaar id would be able to add their aadhaar enrolment number in the online application form.
Apart from above correction, candidates belonging to the state of Jammu and Kashmir may correct the status of Self declaration submitted by them. The candidates of NEET belonging to the states of Assam, Meghalaya, and Jammu and Kashmir will be also able to change their state code of eligibility.
Anyone would be able to change their category or disability status in the application form. However, wherever change in category and/or disability status involves higher fee, candidate will pay the deference fee.
