JEE Advanced 2019: Application process begins for abroad candidates today

JEE Advanced 2019: The application process for Joint Entrance Examination Advanced (JEE Advanced) only for foreign candidates has been started today i.e. on April 24, 2019 on its official website at jeeadv.nic.in. The entrance examination is a national level competitive exam which is conducted every year with an objective to determine eligibility to candidates to attain admission in the Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) for engineering courses. The application process has begun only for abroad candidates. Candidates belonging to India, who have cleared the cut-off for the JEE Main can appear for the JEE Advanced. Candidates who have succeeded in the JEE Main Exam can registered their application from May 3, Friday while candidates belonging to foreign can apply till May 9, 2019, Thursday. Candidates can pay as application fee within May 10, 2019, Friday. The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Roorkee is going to conduct the JEE Advanced entrance examination on May 27, 2019. Eligibility: Age limit: Candidates must have date of birth before October 1, 1994. Candidates belonging to SC, ST, PwD category will be exempted five year in age. Educational Qualification: Candidates belonging to India who have aquired a rank in top 2,45,000 are eligible to appear for the exam. According to official intimation, candidates who have completed successfully in the exam last year can also apply. Fee: Candidates are mandatory to pay Rs 2600 as registration fee. Rs. 1300/- have been kept for SC, ST and PwD candidates and Indian and PIO female candidates while for foreign candidates, the fee has been scheduled $150.
