New Delhi :-Pakistan on Monday concluded that there is no actual evidence to suggest that JeM Chief Masood Azhar was involved in Pathankot Indian Air Force Base attack.
Earlier reports suggested that Azhar, the chief of the unlawful Jaish-e-Muhammad terror group, masterminded the deadly assault. Earlier, a Special Investigation Team was formed by Pakistan after India shared the ' leads ' . Later on, a crackdown was launched in Punjab against the JeM, its headquarters was seized and more than dozens of activists arrested but in vain. Six gunmen attacked the airbase in Pathankot on January 2, leading to a three-day-long standoff that killed seven soldiers. Before some day, JuD chief and 26/11 Mumbai attack mastermind Hafiz Saeed praised the deadly attack.
