JEE Main 2019 to be started in computer-based mode; Drawing paper in offline mode

NEW DELHI: National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the application process for the JEE Main exam which is being start in the year 2019. The registration is being for Joint Entrance Examination Main (JEE Main) I which exam  will be conducted in January 6 to January 20, 2019 while JEE Main II exam will be conducted in April month. JEE Main exam will be conducted from January in computer based by online mode and only drawing paper will be conducted by offline mode.
Candidates who registered for JEE Main had the option to opt pen-paper mode or computer-based mode to select whereby their preferred mode of exam. Paper I is conducted for B.Tech./ B.E. with full-fledged computer-based while Paper II is conducted for B.Arch./B.Planning by pen-paper mode. Paper II has three parts in which Part I is Mathematics and Part II is Aptitude Test, both of which will be in computer-based mode. Part III is Drawing Test which shall be conducted in offline. JEE Main will be conducted in two sessions each day for paper I. Paper II will be held only in one shift and students would have to complete all three parts in one sitting. JEE Main II exam will be conducted in April. Candidates have no needed to appear in both exam. but, if they appear in two exam, scores of both exams will be used at the admission time.
