Indian Navy Sailor Recruitment 2018: Online Application process begins today

NEW DELHI: The Indian Navy has started the online application process for fulfilling vacancy of the 3,400 posts. Unmarried male candidates, who have eligibility conditions which are provided by the Government of India, can apply for these positions. The recruitment will be conducted for three categories as Senior Secondary Recruit (SSR), Artificer Apprentices (AA) and Matric Recruits (MR). According to a notification released by the Indian navy, examinations for this Sailor recruitment will be conducted in the month of February 2019.
Qualification Candidates should be passed class 12th examination with 60% marks in aggregate with Mathematics and Physics and also with at least one subject from Chemistry / Biology / Computer Science are eligible to apply for SSR and Artificer posts while candidates who have qualified Class 10th from a school board recognised by Ministry of Human Resources Development. Candidates can apply by online application process for these positions and will be held on the official website, joinindiannavy.gov.in. Online applications for all these Indian Navy Sailor posts will be accepted until December 30, 18. Age schedule For both the SSR and AA posts, the candidates should be born between August 1999 to July 30, 2002. For Matric Recruits, candidates should be born between October 1, 1998 and September 30, 2002. Total posts Vacancies in SSR - 2500 Vacancy in AA     -  500 Vacancy in MR    -   400
