General Budget 2015, big boost in education sector


On the first full budget, Modi government takes special care on education sector. It was already mean that the government has some special announcement in the budget for education sector. On the budget speech Finance Minister Arun Jaitely declared that, Dhanbad School of miles is given a status of IIT. He also announced the opening of one more IIT in Karnataka. Two new IIM will be opened in Jammu and Kashmir and Andhra Pradesh. The opening of a film institute has been announced in Northeastern Arunchal Pradesh.

Jaitely said, the government soon introduced the new destination for unemployed minority youth education. To promote medical education, All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS) has announced the opening in Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Jammu and Kashmir, Assam and Himachal Pradesh.

On Growing Budget speech, Finance Minister Arun Jaitely said, “We are trying to provide better education for youth.” He said, a secondary school is opened in a range of every five kilometer. It will increase the number of primary schools.
