GATE 2019: Registration to begin from September 1; know eligibility, exam date

NEW DELHI: Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT-M) has announced the all details of
Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE ) 2019 such as apply process, exam date, registration date and eligibility.
Registration process for GATE 2019 will be start from September 1, 2019. Candidates can submit their applications only on its official website- gate.iitm.ac.in. Interested candidates can register their application by online mode which examination will be conduct on February 2, 3, 9 and 10, 2019.
Graduates and postgraduate degree candidates are eligible to apply provided they fulfill the additional criteria set for the exam. The exam will be conduct in selected cities and towns in the country.
Fees
The application fee for GATE 2019 has been scheduled at Rs. 1500 while Rs. 2000 scheduled for fees submitted during the extended period. Candidates can submit their applications with late fees at Rs 2000 till October 1, 2018.
Result:
According to recent information from IIT Madras, the GATE 2019 result will be announced on March 16, 2019.
Syllabus:
In 2019, Statistics paper has been included in the GATE exam. Questions will be from Calculus, Linear Algebra, Probability, Stochastic Processes, Inference, Regression Analysis, Multivariate Analysis and Design of experiments.
