GATE 2019 results: The results of GATE exam were announced by the IIT Madras on March 16, 2019 (Saturday). The exams were conducted for admission to M. Tech curriculum. After the announcement of the result, the IIT Madras has released the scorecards of the GATE exam on March 20 (Wednesday) on its official website- gate.iitm.ac.in for those candidates who were appeared in the exam. Candidates can find out their scorecard through the official website as scorecards are available on the official site. Although, the counselling process has not started now as dates for counselling have not announced. It is expected that counseling process will be started soon. There is no common counselling process for the qualified candidates who want to get admission in M. Tech or PhD programs. The candidates will have to apply differently for admission in the post-graduate (PG) programs through separate counselling conducted for GATE by IITs, NITs, IISc Bangalore, GFTIs and others.
