Bihar Police to displace High Court Against Pappu Yadav's Bail

PATNA:  Bihar Police these days same that it ' ll displace the Patna High court to cancel Lok Sabha member Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav ' s bail for repeatedly violating the foundations and making law and order issues. "We cannot enable man like Yadav, who is on bail, to repeatedly violate the foundations and making law and order issues. We are going to file a petition within the court to cancel his bail," Senior Superintendent of Police Vikas Vaibhav same. Vaibhav has directed that the criminal cases against Mr Yadav be re-opened. Mr Yadav, who was expelled from Lalu Prasad ' s Rashtriya Janata dal for 6 years for anti-party activities, floated his own party January Kranti Adhikar Party. Citing lack of proof, the Patna High court in 2013 not guilty Mr Yadav in CPI-M leader Ajit Sarkar  murder. Mr Sarkar was killed on could 14, 1998, while returning from a meeting of party workers in Purnea.
