4.5 magnitude earthquake struck Jammu and Kasmir today

NEW DELHI: Earthquake (Bhukamp) measuring 4.5 on the Richter Scale attacks at Jammu and Kashmir on Monday, December 11. According to the National Seismology Centre of the India Meteorological Department (IMD), the earthquake took place at 4:28 am at a depth of 33 Km.
According to report, there is no loss of any life or property in the incident. The tremors were also felt in the Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR) where people rushed out of their homes in panic. As per some reports, some high-rise buildings shook as the tremors struck. The earthquake struck at Rudraprayag in Uttarakhand, at a depth of 30 kilometres, the India Meteorological Department said.
