New Delhi: The controversy surrounding
St Stephen’s College intensify on Thursday with the college criminate Devansh Mehta the editor
of e-zine magazine which was prohibited by the principal of supposedly having trespassed and hooliganism the college chemistry lab.
According to Stephen’s principal Valson Thampu, the incident became while
Mehta and the research scholar who had filed a sexual molestation complaint against the college cashior
“barged” into the chemistry laboratory.
St Stephen’s principal Valson Thampu said that I was told that the sexual molestation complainant and Mehta barged into the chemistry laboratory thrice.
During their second visit, there was a struggle between Mehta and one of the research scholars. We do not know why Mehta came with the complainant but the incident indeed has gone on.
Mehta, on his part, accepted that he had gone to the college but denied having been involved in hooliganism of any kind.
Principal expressed his statement; this is the first time that an ex-student has been charged with trespassing in his own college.
There was never any hooliganism in the laboratory. We have all the events recorded by a camera and all public can to see and confirm that there was no hooliganism.
