Special relationship Chhota Rajan with Central government

 New Delhi: Former Delhi police commissioner named Neeraj Kumar has claimed that the Indian government has a special relationship with Don Chhota Rajan.
Kumar made the affirmation during a session at the Delhi Literature Festival yesterday evening with journalist Avirook Sen. Kumar had written that post the 1993 Mumbai bomb blasts; he had telephonic conversations with the fugitive gathering boss on three different occasions. The book, which was released past year, also was in the news for its reveal that that at one point in the 1990s Dawood wanted to surrender. Taking response to a query, Delhi police commissioner Kumar said that all hopes must not be sure on Chhota Rajan in order to get to Dawood. "There is hope in a manner of speaking, but we should not keep faith all our hopes on Chhota Rajan," former DPC Kumar added. Don Chhota Rajan, a former ally of most wanted Dawood Ibrahim, is currently lodged in Tihar Jail.
