Smriti Irani’s car rammed a bike on Yamuna Expressway, doctor killed

New Delhi: An Agra-based doctor, Ramesh Nagar, was killed after his motorcycle was hit by a car in Union Human Resource Development Minister Smriti Irani Irani ' s convoy on the expressway.
An FIR mentioned in connection with the accident that had led to the vehicle pile-up also mentions Irani ' s cavalcade. While the rider was killed on the spot, while two children riding on the bike were injured. As per reports, the family alleged that the children – Nagar ' s daughter and nephew – could get proper medical attention only after seven hours. According to victim ' s daughter report, “Smriti Irani ' s convoy rammed into our motorcycle. She came out and I begged her for help but she did not assist.” Nagar ' s son Abhishek told the news agency, “My sister literally pleaded with folded hands to Smriti Irani for help, but she did not stop.”
