Protein that is founded in a huge amount in red meat which is connected with increased risk of heart disease, while
protein from nuts and seeds which you consume decreased the risk of heart disease.
In other hand, we can say that protein which you get from nuts and seeds are the more beneficial and good for the human heart.
The study found that those people who consume excessively meat protein, they feel a 60 per cent increase in cardiovascular disease while those people who consume protein from nuts and seeds, feel a 40 percent reduction in cardiovascular disease.
Thus, both the two things like nuts and seeds provide the major role in the respect of reducing risk of heart disease.
Gary Fraser stated that nutritionists have traditionally looked toward what he termed "bad fats" in meats and "helpful fats" in nuts and seeds as causal agents.
As a result of being high in unsaturated fat, nuts and seeds are traditionally included in the "good fat" category. However, it is also possible that "good protein" that also adds to their positive health impact.
For the study, the team compared animal proteins versus plant proteins in 81,337 men and women.
