Nestle approaches the Bombay Supreme Court against FSSAI's ban of Maggi noodles

Nestle Nestle India has approached the Mumbaisupreme court against food safety regulator FSSAI ' s ban of Maggi noodles. The company has voluntarily withdrawn Maggi noodles from retail stores and has same that it ' ll collaborate with relevant authorities to induce clearances for the noodles whole. Nestle has been marketing Maggi in India for over 3 decades. Earlier this month, Nestle ' s international chief operating officer assured that Maggi is safe for consumption and therefore the company does not add any flavored into it. Following Uttar Pradesh ' s Food and Drug Administration department ' s revelation, many nations tested Maggi samples. The snack has been illegal in many nations and FSSAI has currently widened its testing to different noodles brands and firms.
