Karnataka 2nd PUC result declared overall passes percentage 57.20

BENGALURU: Karnataka Primary Education Minister Kimmane Rathnakar on Wednesday, declared Karnakata II Pre-university Course (Intermediate) result 2016.
A total of 5,12,555 students had appeared for the KSEEB 2nd II PUC examination in which 3,64,013 students passed it.
The overall pass percentage is 57.20 per cent, a dip by 3.34 per cent as compared to last year. As has been the norm over the years, girls outperformed boys this year too with a pass percentage of 64.78.
The highest scores has been given below:
Science – 596
Pass percentage is 66.25
Commerce - 594
Total pass percentage is 64.16
Arts – 585
Total pass percentage is 42.12

Karanataka PUC results 2016 – District wise
Dakshina Kannad stands first with 90.48 per cent followed by Udupi, Kodagu, Uttara Kannada districts. The lowest pass percentage has been recorded in Yadagiri with 44.16 per cent.
Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) had conducted the PUC exam 2016 between March 11 to April 12 across the state.
PUC result revaluation and supplementary examination
Candidates who have doubts about the marks granted to them can apply for revaluation and recounting of marks.
Failed students can appear for supplement examination which will be held from July 1 to July 13. Those interested can take this examination by paying fee on or before June 6.
