JEE Advanced Result 2017 to be announced on June 11 by Indian Institute of Technology, Madras

DELHI: It is accepted that JEE Advanced Result 2017 will be declared on June 11(Sunday) on the official website jeeadv.ac.in. This year JEE Exam was conducted by IIT Madras for granting admission to the Bachelor ' s, Integrated Master ' s and Dual Degree programmes (entry at the 10 plus 2 level) in all the IITs. Desirous candidates who have appeared in the JEE Advance exam and want to know their result, can check their JEE Advance 2017 results on the official website- jeeadv.ac.in. The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras will release the category wise All India Ranks of successful candidates. According to JEE team, “Since the answer key for the paper has already been announced, most students are already aware of their marks. Results will only give a confirmation on these scores”. The answer keys were released on June 4 and the organising Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) said that all students will be awarded 11 bonus marks for three ‘ambiguous’ questions that were asked in the JEE paper. The entrance test was held in two phases under the conduction of the IIT Madras. While the first phase will take place from 9 AM to 12 PM, the second one will be conducted from 2 PM to 5 PM. Candidates appearing for the exam must be go through both the papers. Earlier, IIT Madras has made the admit cards available for the aspirants from 1OTH of May and further directed them to download it within 21 May 9 AM. JEE Advanced 2017 is the second state of Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) and provides admissions to eligible candidates into the B.Tech programmes offered by 23 Indian Institute of Technology (IIT). The Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) are institutions of national importance established through Acts of Parliament for fostering excellence in education. Through JEE (Advanced), IITs provide admission into undergraduate courses leading to a Bachelor ' s, Integrated Master ' s or Bachelor-Master Dual Degree in Engineering, Sciences, Architecture, or Pharmaceutics.
