Govindacharya says, Modi’s policies are questionable

Varanasi: KN Govindacharya who is Former leader and political scientist said in statements on February 15 that the Modi government ' s land attainment policy as worse than its forerunner UPA government ' s. Questioning the rationale behind the PM ' s pet project of developing 100 smart cities at the cost of 70,000-odd villages, Govindacharya also announced he would join anti-corruption activist Anna Hazare ' s padyatra and dharna at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi from February 20 to 25. He said also that Bullet trains ahead of basic facilities in railways like drinking water in passenger bogies indicate that facilities for wealthier population are on the top of government ' s priority list.
