Gopalganj boiler blast: Sasa sugar mill boiler blasts in Bihar today ; 5 workers dead

NEW DELHI: The Sasa sugar mill boiler on Thursday, December 21 burst in Bihar ' s Gopalganj in which at least five workers were killed while several others injured. Injured workers have been sent to a nearby hospital for treatment. Gopalganj is 160 kilometers away from Patna, Bihar. According to the investigation, the reason for the boiler blast is overheating.
According to primary reports, many of the workers are still complicated at the boiler blast site. Although, rescue operations were continuing. The owner of the Sasa Musa Sugar Mill has been arrested as per the initial reports. Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has expressed a huge grief on workers death who have killed in the boiler blast incident. CM Nitish announces compensation of Rs 4 Lakh each for next of kin of those who have lost their lives in boiler blast site at Sasa Musa sugar mill in Gopalganj.
