Doctor's Son Vismay Shah jailed for 5 years due to thrashing two people by BMW car in Ahmedabad and run away

AHMEDABAD: Vismay Shah who is the son of a Gujarat doctor was held today in case of guilty of killing two people with his BMW car. He was escaped away in 201  3 in Ahmedabad. A local court ordered Vismay Shah to five years in jail to paying Rs. 25,000 as fine with Rs. 5 lakh each to the families of those who expired. According to an eyewitness ,the incident begun while The son of doctor (an eye surgeon), Vismay was driving the BMW car at a high speeding at about 150 km per hour in February, 2013, and rammed a motorcycle, two riders flew away into the air, before crashing into a tree. The 27-year-old then abandoned the car and ran away after incident. The two persons Shivam Dave and Rahul Patel were riding on the bike in which Shivam Dave died in a few minutes after incident while the driver Rahul Patel died after a day. Through the CCTV from a shopping complex nearby showed the collision and the bikers being thrown in the air. Vismay ' s father Amit Shah had said his driver was at the wheel of the BMW and was absconding.
