CBSE annual exam 2018 | class X, XII exams begin in India from today amid tight security

NEW DELHI: The examinations for
class X and XII begin on February, 5 (Monday) amid tight security which has been conducted by the
Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE).
The
CBSE exam 2018 for class 10th and 12th Will be held at least at 4453 centres across India in which only 78 exam centres have been scheduled outside of India.
In 2018, 16,38,428 students have registered for class 10th examination while 11,86,306 students have registered for class 12th examination. This year a total of 4,510 physical challenged students have registered for class 10th while 2,846 differently-abled candidates have registered for class 12 examinations.
After successful completion of the class X and XII, desirous students who want to complete further education as
Polytechnic education in Delhi NCR or anywhere can get admission in
Polytechnic/Diploma College
After seven years class 10 board exams will be conducted by the CBSE Board after it decided to scrap Comprehensive and Continuous Evaluation (CCE). Class 12 students will be appearing for English paper today.
President Ram Nath Kovind, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and HRD Minister Prakash Javadekar have also wished good luck to students, today. ‘My best wishes to all class 10th & 12th students for the board exams starting from today.
