New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi appeals to people to cast their vote in a large numbers of the Bihar Assembly Elections 2015 in second phase.
"Today is the second phase of polling in the Assembly elections and I appeal to everyone to cast their votes without hesitation.
Polling for the second phase of the five-phase Bihar Assembly elections began at 7 am amid tight security in 32 constituencies spread over six districts on Friday.
A total of 86,13,870 voters from Kaimur, Rohtas, Arwal, Jehanabad, Aurangabad and Gaya districts will decide the fate of 456 candidates.
