NEW DELHI: Asus, the Taiwanese technology company is ready to declare the smartphone Zenfone 4 selfie series in India on Thursday, September 14 at a progrmme in New Delhi.
Three of the four smartphones are powered by mid-range SoCs, with the ZenFone 4 Pro the flagship model featuring a Snapdragon 835 SoC.
Price: The ZenFone 4 price starts at $399 (approximately Rs. 26,000), while the ZenFone 4 Pro price starts at $599 (approximately Rs. 38,000).
Variants: The Asus ZenFone 4 will be available in market with several colours like- Moonlight White, Mint Green, and Midnight Black, while the ZenFone 4 Pro will be available in Moonlight White, Pure Black colour variants.
Specifications: The ZenFone 4 is available in two processor and RAM variants – Snapdragon 660 SoC and 4GB RAM, apart from a Snapdragon 630 SoC and 6GB RAM – and both come with 64GB of inbuilt storage that’s expandable via microSD card in a hybrid dual-SIM configuration.
Storage Variant: On the other hand,The ZenFone 4 Pro comes in two storage variants – 64GB and 128GB, once again expandable via microSD card – both with 6GB of RAM coupled with the Snapdragon 820 SoC.
Battery: The ZenFone 4 bears a 3300mAh battery, while the ZenFone 4 Pro bears a 3600mAh battery.
The ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro: The smartphone possesses an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor at 2.0GHz coupled with 4GB of RAM. The regular ZenFone 4 Selfie has slightly less power and is kept running by a Snapdragon 430 SoC coupled with 4GB of RAM.
Both the new devices come with 64GB of built-in storage, which is expandable via microSD card up to 128GB) with a dedicated slot.
The Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie Pro and the ZenFone 4 Selfie both have batteries with 3000mAh capacity but vary in measurements and weight very slightly. The Pro variant measures 154.02×74.83x7mm and weighs 145 grams while the regular variant measures 155.66×75.9×7.85mm and weighs slightly less at 144 grams.
